Man has a bamboo stick impaled in his rear after ‘jumping off a bridge and landing on it by accident’

A Chinese worker has a bamboo pole impaled in his buttocks while installing an advertising hoarding on a bridge in Suining, China.
The man allegedly jumped off the bridge and landed in a bush. However, he hit a bamboo pole and had it pierced in his backside, according to local reports.
Firefighters had to cut the bamboo from the bush and sent the man to a hospital to have the object removed.

According to a statement posted by local firefighters, the unnamed man was working on a bridge in Shehong county of Suining, Sichuan Province in the afternoon of April 27.
The man jumped off the bridge and fell onto a bush.
He was unable to move after having his buttocks impaled with a bamboo stick.
Rescue footage posted by the Cover News shows firefighters sending the man onto a stretcher.

It’s said the bamboo was planted inside the bush but it was half dried.
It’s not sure how deep had the bamboo stick impaled into the man.
Suining firefighters cut the bamboo from the bush carefully to reduce the worker’s pain.
The worker was then sent to Shehong County People’s Hospital for treatment.
