A MAN who said he had coronavirus laughed and deliberately coughed in an elderly victim's face during seniors-only shopping hour, according to police.
Daniel Tabussi, 57, approached the elderly man at a Karns grocery store on March 20 in North Middleton, Pennsylvania.

The shocked elderly citizen, who is currently recovering from pneumonia, was in supermarket during the seniors-only hour.
Police say that Tabussi, from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, deliberately coughed next to the man while laughing and mocking his protective mask.
Tabussi repeatedly told the victim that he had the coronavirus.
Police say the man now faces multiple charges that include terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
The shocking news comes after teenagers in Virginia were filmed coughing on produce in grocery stores and posting footage of it on social media.
The elderly are especially at risk from the coronavirus, as are those with underlying health conditions.
In the UK, all those over the age of 70 have been advised to isolate for 12 weeks and avoid all social contact to reduce the risk of infection.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends the elderly and people with severe medical conditions such as heart, lung or kidney disease to “stay home as much as possible” and avoid crowds.
It urged those people to “take actions to reduce your risk of exposure.”
Infections are continuing to spread in the US, with over 46,000 cases confirmed and 593 deaths.
President Trump has signed a $8.3billion emergency spending bill to combat the spread of coronavirus and develop vaccines for the highly contagious disease.
The US Department of Health and Human Services will provide financial aid to Hologic Inc to develop a coronavirus diagnostic kit that would be able to process up to 1,000 tests in 24 hours.
Dr. Fauci, part of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, said: “If you’re a person with an underlying condition and you are particularly an elderly person with an underlying condition, you need to think twice about getting on a plane, on a long trip, and not only think twice, just don’t get on a cruise ship.”
