Passenger threatens to have IRA shoot plane crew after they refuse her more wine

A "drunk" plane passenger who claimed to be an "international criminal lawyer" threatened to have the IRA shoot the cabin crew after they refused to give her more wine.

A shocking video shows the woman ranting at the pilot and crew, marching down the aisle, throwing her hands in the air and repeatedly swearing.

The startling scene was recorded by an onlooker on Air India flight 131 from Mumbai to London Heathrow – although it is not clear when it was taken.

In the video, a blonde woman, who Air India sources say is Irish, can be seen walking up to a member of the crew claiming to be an "international criminal lawyer" who works for the "f***ing Rohingya" and the "f***ing people of all nations" without getting paid.

She also says she works for the "f***ing Palestinian people".

She then says: "But you can’t give me a f***ing glass of wine? Is that correct?"

The woman, who appears to be drunk, then claims she is the "leader of a boycott movement" and threatens to start a boycott against Air India as she gestures at one of the crew member’s faces.

She then begins abusing other members of staff and touches a female flight attendant, leading someone who appears to be the man recording to shout "no touching".

The woman’s rant continues with her calling somebody a "rich, f***ing money grabbing Indian b*****d" and threatens to turn a member of staff "inside out, you f***ing stupid c**t" before again demanding a bottle of wine.

Other passengers sit awkwardly in silence as her rant continues, on what appears to be a night flight.

She then appears to forget where she is flying to, asking: "Where are we arriving again?" It is unclear who answers, but someone then says "Heathrow".

The passenger continues on her rant in front of other business class passengers, claiming the "Irish Republican Army" would "f***ing shoot" the members of staff.

The Air India staff do not engage the woman as she abuses them and she eventually sits back in her seat but begins swearing at other passengers.

Reports suggest the woman was arrested when she arrived at Heathrow but she has not been identified in reports.

Air India are yet to comment on the incident.
