Pastrami Egg Rolls, Now Available Nationwide

RedFarm and its sibling, Decoy, are now selling frozen dumplings, buns and a Peking duck dinner for four through Goldbelly.

By Florence Fabricant

For the first time RedFarm, the innovative Chinese restaurant with two locations in Manhattan and one in London, has started shipping food nationwide. It comes frozen with instructions through a QR Code. Among the options are several assortments, including the restaurant’s popular pastrami egg rolls, lamb dumplings and pork buns, and, from its satellite restaurant, Decoy, a Peking duck dinner for four ($139) with a whole sliced duck, pancakes, scallions, cucumbers and three sauces. Be prepared to steam the pancakes and light the oven to warm and crisp the duck.
