Porn star Stormy Daniels' £100,000 hush-money lawsuit against Donald Trump tossed out by judge… as she's already revealed all about their 'affair'

The porn star, real name is Stephanie Clifford, filed the suit in March last year in a bid to scrap a nondisclosure agreement that kept her from discussing her alleged 2006 fling with Trump.

Stormy, 39, claims she slept with the then-future president just days after his wife Melania gave birth to their son – which Trump denies.

She was paid $130,000 (£100,000) in the weeks before the 2016 US presidential election in a deal crafted by Trump's former "fixer" Michael Cohen – who himself has turned on his former boss.

Cohen has since said the agreement was struck to help Trump capture the White House.

Yesterday a US District Judge James Otero dismissed the lawsuit – because Trump and Mr Cohen have agreed not to enforce the nondisclosure agreement against Daniels.

STORMY 'WON'

Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti in a Twitter post: "The Court specifically found that Stormy received everything she asked for in the lawsuit – she won."

In his ruling, Otero sent the lawsuit back to California Superior Court – essentially ending the case.

He said the case "lacks subject matter jurisdiction."

The nondisclosure agreement did not prevent Daniels from speaking to news media, including CBS' show 60 Minutes, or releasing a memoir titled Full Disclosure.

More than a year ago when I was being threatened with a 20 million lawsuit, I asked a judge to toss out this illegal NDA. Glad I stood my ground & kept fighting.

Stormy tweeted last night: "More than a year ago when I was being threatened with a 20 million lawsuit, I asked a judge to toss out this illegal NDA.

"Glad I stood my ground & kept fighting."

Stormy claimed that her Trump lasted barely “two minutes” during their alleged romp after a charity golf tournament.

In an October interview in Vogue, she joked that the apparent Lake Tahoe tryst was “normal person sex” which lasted “two minutes” if she was being “generous”.

She told her interviewer it was “morbid curiosity” that prompted her to go to Trump’s hotel suite.

Daniels recounted how the now-US president stripped down to his underwear and shirt while she was in the bathroom.

“He was like, ‘Heeey’ and I was like…” she said, rolling her eyes.

Posing in pictures taken by iconic photographer Annie Leibovitz, Daniels said: “How many details can you really give about two minutes?”
