It’s Christmas party time! Revellers in Santa outfits and festive jumpers are left a little worse for wear as they enjoy night on the town (and some on the floor)
- Revellers wore Christmas jumpers and hats with skinny jeans and sparkly dresses on first Friday of December
- Dozens of merry party goers were snapped while enjoyed an evening out in Newcastle’s Bigg Market last night
- Some didn’t finish night quite so merry and bright and needed a helping hand from friends to stumble home
Revellers wasted no time getting in the Christmas spirit as they enjoyed a festive night out on the first Friday of December.
Dozens of merry party-goers were spotted making the most of the weekend in Newcastle’s Bigg Market last night.
Christmas jumpers and Santa hats were matched with heels and skinny jeans as people braced the chilly temperatures, that struggled to get into double figures, to enjoy a night on the town.
One man was snapped truly embracing the festive spirit and wearing a full Santa suit while a woman pictured in the city centre opted for a softer touch and paired a simple red hat with her sparkly dress.
However the evening didn’t end all merry and bright for some people who were seen looking a little worse for wear and even needing a helping hand to get back up from the floor.
