The gunman who shot and killed a man while being chased through a Brooklyn Target store was among two people arrested for the melee early Friday morning, police said.
Bobby Jackson, 44, fatally shot 25-year-old Carlton Spencer in the City Point Mall Target in downtown Brooklyn at about 11:35 p.m. on Wednesday night, cops said.
Spencer and five other people — one of whom was armed with a knife — were chasing Jackson through the mall when he turned around and opened fire, police said.
Police arrested Jackson early Friday morning on charges including criminal possession of a weapon and menacing, authorities said.
The man carrying the knife in the group that was chasing Jackson was also arrested Friday morning, cops said.
Gregory Kimble, 26, was hit with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, assault and menacing charges, police said.
Police expect to make more arrests connected to the shooting, a police source said.
