After 100 days since the start of the invasion, Vladimir Putin’s forces have been proven to be weak and unwilling to carry out his strategies. One Russian soldier who has returned home is now seeking legal advice to avoid going back to Ukraine. He told the BBC: “I don’t want to go [back to Ukraine] to kill and be killed”. He is one of the hundreds in the same situation. The man claims that the troops were not equipped sufficiently and were sent on a death mission. He said: “I had thought that we were the Russian army, the most super-duper in the world. We were like blind kittens. I’m shocked by our army. It wouldn’t cost much to equip us. Why wasn’t it done?”
