Viewers left stunned after ball of fire hits news anchor during live TV debate

Viewers were startled after a ball of fire fell on a news anchor while he was broadcasting live on a news channel.

Shocking video footage shows the anchor questioning a panelist on a debate programme when suddenly a ball of fire falls on him – as panelists continue to speak, oblivious to what happened.

In the video, the anchor on a Pakistani channel can be heard asking, “Do you think it’s easy for extremists to cross the border in a group?”

As he asks his question, a large cracking sound can be heard in the background, causing him to jump.

Within moments, a ball of fire lands on him, causing him to immediately jump off his chair to dodge the fireball.

While the broadcaster is seen out of the camera frame, the guest continues to answer him, totally unaware as what just happened.

It was not known from where the fireball had appeared, but the video that was shared on the social media has garnered a lot of reactions.

A user by the name Vinayaka said, “It is really a hot discussion.”

Another user hilariously commented, “How dare you ask me such a question? You just got fired!”

A user named Jose said, “I had only heard ‘Pants on fire’ I just saw one.”

While the administration and crew of the news channel are still trying to find out the source of the fireball.
