Ellie Bamber Drives A New Classic BMW 325i E30 Convertible After Her Previous Car Was Seen Smashed On The Side Of A London Road<\/p>\n<p>The movie is based on the real-life story of Kate being painted by Lucian Freud, played by Derek Jacobi, while she was pregnant with daughter Lila in 2002.<\/p>\n<p>Kate, then at the height of her fame, sat for Freud in his Kensington, West London, studio three nights a week, each time from 7pm to 2am.<\/p>\n<p>She revealed that Freud, who died aged 88 in 2011, was a stern taskmaster, saying: \u2018If I was just five minutes late, he would kick off.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The resulting nude painting \u2013 which neither artist nor model thought was particularly successful \u2013 was eventually sold to an anonymous buyer for \u00a33.5 million at Christie\u2019s in 2005.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018He didn\u2019t really like the picture, and I didn\u2019t really,\u2019 Kate confessed. \u2018I mean, I had a great time.
