her ongoing transition. \u201cI was awake and I&apos;m laying there,\u201d she explained to shocked host Ryan Pownall, \u201cthey put a needle in each ball\u2026then they put some lidocaine in there&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30820752.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_I-flushed-my-testicles-down-the-toilet-after-I-was-shown-them-on-a-plate.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m laying there and I didn\u2019t feel anything,\u201d Emma added, &quot;but then you just feel tugging in the bottom of your groin area\u2026 it feels like your wires are being like snatched.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd then I look down and it looked like cherry pie.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Emma said at this point she turned her head away and started retching.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd at the doctor just looks up,\u201d Emma said, \u201cand he said \u2018please do not throw up right now,\u2019 and I said \u2018I&apos;m trying!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30820753.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_I-flushed-my-testicles-down-the-toilet-after-I-was-shown-them-on-a-plate.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" described as \u201cshady\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>While it\u2019s been suggested that the unwanted parts could have been donated to someone who had lost their junk in an accident, Emma opted to flush hers down the loo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\"
