What’s your biggest pet peeve when it comes to travel?

Well for Paralympic athlete Hunter Woodhall, he says his biggest ‘ick’ is people packing around the carousels at baggage reclaim.

In a new TikTok, the 24-year-old athlete secretly films a scene at a US airport after returning from a trip to Europe with his track and field athlete wife, Tara Davis.

In the nine-second long clip he quips: ‘Can we all agree to publicly shame anybody who does this? Your bag’s not even there yet. You don’t have to be sooo close!’

One commenter wrote in agreement: ‘My biggest pet peeve! I just yell excuse me and hit them with my bag when I pull it off hahaha.’

Another viewer exclaimed ‘this drives me NUTS,’ while one person mused that a warning against this tactic ‘should be printed with a picture at every baggage claim.’

One TikToker revealed that watching scenes like Hunter filmed at the airport always made her laugh ‘because it [made] me realize most adults never actually [grow] up at all.’

‘It really looks like a kindergarten class when they do that,’ she added.

However, some viewers didn’t completely agree with Hunter.

One commenter said she merely ‘doesn’t care,’ but another suggested people might be standing so close due to ‘vision problems.’

Another suggested that the crowding problem might be due to everyone’s luggage looking ‘exactly the same’ and people not wanting to accidentally grab the wrong bag.

One unenthused viewer criticized Hunter for posting the clip.

Hunter was born with fibular hemimelia and had both legs amputated at age 11.

Fibular hemimelia is a birth defect that results in the partial or total absence of the fibula.

It is also associated with limb length discrepancy, foot deformities, and knee deformities.

It is the most common form of lower limb deficiency present at birth, estimated to occur in one in 40,000 births – with former Paralympic Oscar Pistorius having the condition.

Hunter was the first double-amputee to get a Division I track and field scholarship.

On his Instagram profile he details his career choice in the bio section, explaining: ‘They said I’d never walk. So I learned to run instead.’
