{"id":180164,"date":"2023-09-22T19:23:59","date_gmt":"2023-09-22T19:23:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotworldreport.com\/?p=180164"},"modified":"2023-09-22T19:23:59","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T19:23:59","slug":"eric-clapton-shares-cover-of-willie-nelsons-always-on-my-mind","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hotworldreport.com\/celebrities\/eric-clapton-shares-cover-of-willie-nelsons-always-on-my-mind\/","title":{"rendered":"Eric Clapton Shares Cover Of Willie Nelson&#39;s &#39;Always On My Mind&#39;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <b>Eric Clapton<\/b> recently shared a cover of <b>Willie Nelson<\/b>&#8216;s &#8220;Always On My Mind,&#8221; featuring <b>Bradley Walker<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>This new Willie Nelson cover and its accompanying music video pay homage to the country legend in celebration of his 90th birthday. <\/p>\n<p>The music video, produced by Clapton, <b>Simon Climie<\/b> and <b>Jerry Douglas<\/b>, premiered on MTV First Look alongside a Times Square video billboard.<\/p>\n<p>The video for &#8220;Always On My Mind&#8221; is a touching collection of photos and videos that celebrate Nelson&#8217;s legendary, decades-spanning career.<\/p>\n<p>The song was written by <b>John Christopher Jr.<\/b>, <b>Mark James<\/b> and <b>Wayne Carson Thompson<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>This new release comes ahead of Eric Clapton&#8217;s Crossroads Guitar Festival, to be held in Los Angeles this month.
