(and to you, Luke)&#8221; &#8230; a shoutout to Nikas, his attorney.<\/p>\n<p>Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alec Baldwin<\/strong> has been vindicated in the &#8220;Rust&#8221; shooting case &#8230; at least criminally, because the New Mexico prosecutors will drop the involuntary manslaughter case against him &#8230; sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re told Baldwin has been informed the case against him is over. Attorneys <strong>Alex Spiro<\/strong> and <strong>Luke Nikas<\/strong> were expected to wage legal war in less than 2 weeks &#8230; but the D.A. blinked in a big way.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/53\/16by9\/2022\/04\/25\/53d30dd7d77346d8b531b91fbbf50417_md.jpg\"            loading=\"lazy\"          ><\/p>\n<p>Frankly, it makes a lot of sense.
