She carried a bouquet of roses in one hand and held onto her new husband with the other.
Tommy looked dapper in a black suit with a white shirt, which he paired with fresh white trainers.
He carried their son Brody in his arms while he looked at his new bride in awe.
Sharing a snap of their wedding day on Instagram, they captioned the shot: "1st December… we done a thing.
"After a challenging year . We decided we wanted to end the year happy, in love & together as husband & wife. wedding part 2 coming soon."
