Adele burst into tears after telling the world her womb is “aching” out of desperation to have a second child, now that her son Angelo has turned 11.
The Someone Like You star spilled on her feelings about becoming a parent again after receiving a surprise guest at her Las Vegas residency – the man who delivered her son.
Adele was rendered speechless with emotion when she spotted maternity doctor Colin, abandoning the rest of her hit When We Were Young and asking the audience to sing it for her instead.
The 35-year-old songstress eventually summoned up the ability to tell the crowd: “He delivered my son. I took a double look and he’s here!”
“I’m desperate for another baby, Colin, bloody hell, so I might give you a call,” she joked.

“My son turned 11 a couple of weeks ago and he’s not a baby anymore, it’s crazy!”
Back in 2016, when Angelo was approaching primary school age, Adele confessed: “My womb is starting to ache a little bit. It’s like, ‘Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby!'”
However, she later split up with his father, charity boss Simon Konecki, and has found love again with sports manager Rich Paul.
Last year, she revealed that she wanted 2023 to be the year she got pregnant again – and her tears on stage in Vegas suggest the prospect is still very much on her mind.

The concert in Los Angeles last month required fans to dress up like “disco balls” – but during one of her Vegas shows, Adele exclaimed: “I love my girl, but I ain’t wearing silver!”
“I don’t even own silver, alright? So I’m just gonna wear like a black tracksuit/sweatsuit,” she joked.
In the end, after a change of heart, she did indulge in a spot of online shopping, chuckling that she planned to “look really cheap in like a disco ball”.
Ultimately, Adele – who usually has a trademark all-black look during her shows – opted for something a little less ostentatious.
