Travelodge has launched a new sale with two million rooms from £35 a night this autumn.

The discounted rooms are available across Travelodge's 581 hotels across the UK.

While the deals are available over the October half-term, too, you'll have to be quick to bag the lowest rates.

Family rooms tend to be available from £38 per night, which works out at £9.50pp.

The budget-friendly company claims this to be even "cheaper than a trip to the cinema".

The sale will be live until November 31, but the best deals are already starting to sell out fast.

All of the standard rooms have a king-size bed, as well as an en-suite shower room, a desk, a TV, and wi-fi, while its higher-end SuperRooms come with some added features.

For instance, you'll find a Lavazza coffee machine, a jet shower, and a choice between firm or soft hypoallergenic pillows.

The family rooms come with all the amenities of a standard room but can accommodate up to two adults and two children.

However, you'll also get one or two extra pull-out beds for children.

The hotel chain has also rolled out new 'budget chic' hotels under its new 'Travelodge PLUS'.

Families staying at Travelodge can also make some pretty good savings when it comes to food.

The unlimited breakfast costs £8.99 per adult, including free breakfast for two children under 15.

You'll find everything from traditional scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausages to fruit salad, yoghurts, croissants, and lighter alternatives.

You can even find pancakes, bagels, and plant-based alternatives.

And for those nights without kids, the Travelodge bar has a new range of cocktails starting from just £7.25.
