A Ukrainian dwarf who "pretended to be a kid" has celebrated their "20th birthday", and has received a collection of gifts from fans.
Natalia Grace, allegedly 20, took to Instagram on her The Mans Family account to celebrate the special occasion in a "live birthday reveal".
A video of Natalia and her family was shared, with her adopted mum, Cynthia Mans, calling her the "birthday girl" as well-wishers piled on to celebrate the big day, which saw the Ukrainian turn 20.

Natalia made headlines earlier this year after her adoptive parents believed she was just six-years-old, but soon found the "sociopathic adult" was actually suffering from dwarfism and had been "making threats".
Michael and Kristina Barnett had lobbied a court back in 2012 to take the alleged youngster to court.
A three-part documentary investigation series soon followed, with The Curious Case of Natalia Grace alleging the Ukrainian national had convinced a family she was a child.
Natalia had been adopted by Michael and Kristina Barnett back in 2010, but the now 20-year-old denies any wrongdoing and says her adoptive parents spun a lie.
She said at the time: "It's very frustrating to hear everything that's being said from Kristine and Michael.
"And because I already don't know who I am and I want to know who I am and what happened to me, but I'm hearing all this stuff that never actually happened from Kristine and Michael."

Natalia is now celebrating her allegedly 20th birthday, despite rumours that she was actually born in 1989 and not 2003, which would make her 34.
Cynthia Mans took Natalia in after finding her living life in an abandoned apartment in Lafayette, Indiana, after the Barnetts moved away to Westfield.
One comment on the birthday post read: "She deserves the world… so happy she has you to live…Happy Birthday !!!"
Claims from the Barnett couple, now separated, were dismissed by prosecutors at the time of the 2012 court case after they found Ukrainian documents to support Natalia's original birth date of September 4, 2003.
Although prevented from displaying the evidence in court, prosecutors claim they tracked Natalia's birth mother in Ukraine, Journal & Courier reported at the time.
