Strictly’s Bobby Brazier warned about ‘snakes’ by step-dad Jack Tweed after feud

BBC Breakfast: Bobby Brazier on his fitness after Strictly

After being married to his mum Jade Goody before she sadly died battling cancer, Jack Tweed has issued Bobby Brazier some advice as his fame heightens. The Big Brother star warned Bobby, 20, to trust the right people as he described the industry as a “rough game”.

He told MailOnline: “I would say to Bobby to be careful, especially the more famous he gets. I know he has good people around him and he has a good head on his shoulders and his dad Jeff is looking after him.

“It’s very hard to trust people in that industry. I found people constantly trying to turn you over and out to get you for their own benefit. It’s the nature of the beast.

“A lot of people were going behind Jade’s back to make money from her. It’s about greed. That world is full of snakes. Bobby I am sure will be careful of that. It is a rough game and I have told him that.”

Bobby rose to prominence in the industry last year after he joined EastEnders as the charming and loveable Freddie Slater, for which he won a National Television Award for best newcomer. The model has since been going from strength to strength in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing as he and partner Dianne Buswell compete to win the coveted glitterball trophy.

However, behind the scenes, his dad Jeff Brazier and grandmother Jackiey Budden have reportedly been locked in a war of words.

Throughout Bobby’s time on the BBC One show, Jackiey has launched several verbal attacks against her late daughter’s ex, who has been raising their two sons since she died of cervical cancer in 2009.

She told MailOnline outside her flat in London last week: “He’s been a c**k for nine years,” in a foul-mouthed rant.

Jack, 36, has waded into the row and has insisted that Jade would be horrified about the comments Jackiey, 66, has made about Jeff, 44.

He said to the publication: “Jade would not want that. She would just want peace for everybody. That is what is important.”

The Celebrity Big Brother also said he gets on well with Jeff and things are civil between the pair.

Jack and Jade tied the knot in 2009, just one month before the television personality sadly died after her short battle with cancer.

Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight at 7:35pm on BBC One.
