Cadbury fans devastated as iconic treat ‘missing’ from chocolate tins this Xmas

Christmas is right around the corner and that calls for a box of Cadbury's Roses.

The iconic chocolate brand is known for its delicious treats and they're perfect for any occasion. Now sweet-toothed Brits noticed a slight change in the tin.

After opening their beloved boxes, fans noticed the Tangy Orange Creme flavour was completely missing. And it's safe to say, they were not pleased.

The chocolate boxes include Hazel Whirl, Golden Barrel, Hazel in Caramel, Strawberry Dream, Caramel, Country Fudge, Signature Truffle and Cadbury Dairy Milk Chunk.

But this year Christmas, chocolate fans will spend it without the Tangy Orange Creme. Brits flocked to X, formerly Twitter, to share their heartbreak.

One said: "No orange sweets?" While another added: "Cadbury UK disappointed to note I bought a tub of Roses and there wasn't a single caramel or orange creme in there."

According to Cadbury, the flavour has been hit by "supply chain challenges". It confirmed the Orange Creme has not made it into all of its Roses tins this year.

A spokesperson said: "This year, a small percentage of Cadbury Roses products will not contain any Orange Cremes due to supply chain challenges.

"But don't worry, you'll still be able to enjoy the same amount of chocolate as usual as we've replaced them with our much-loved Strawberry Cremes."

Customers were left disappointed by the lack of the chocolate, as one chimed in: "This isn't very good I only look forward to the orange ones!"

And it's not just Cadbury breaking hearts this Christmas. It comes as Walkers caused a stir by axing one of its popular crisp flavours.

In a separate statement, an employee said customers can pick up the ketchup flavour instead. But this didn't seem to satisfy crisp fanatics.

Then it happened again when Brits were given "no notice" as another one of its flavours was removed. Sadly there's no more salt and vinegar Quavers.
